Refund policy

Items sold will not be eligible for return or refund if video and photographic proof of the item(s) upon receipt (within a reasonable time-frame of delivery) are not provided to us. If an item arrives significantly damaged as a result of our growing or shipping practices (not to be confused with carrier negligence) we will gladly provide a refund and/or exchange of the item(s) with a similar or same product.

We do offer a complete live arrival guarantee if the shipping speed utilized is 2-Day or faster (Next Day shipping options). If there are any issues, we will absolutely work with you to come to a resolution that is satisfactory to all parties involved.
