Shipping policy
We exclusively use UPS 2-Day or Next-Day air options (only on rare occasions will we deviate). This is for the benefit of the consumer, as it ensures the amount of time items are sitting in a box is minimized. Less time in transit reduces the potential for environmental shock(s) and increases the odds of receiving a healthy product.
Furthermore, we provide a live arrival guarantee with UPS 2-Day or faster. Upon receipt of your items, please take videos and screenshots (with timestamps) within a reasonable time after delivery/unboxing.
We are not responsible for any postponed delivery times or the treatment of any packages within the delivery network.
If there are any severe issues that are a result of our prior care or shipping practices, please let us know as soon as possible so we may work with you to come to a proper resolution. We offer full or partial refunds, same or like-same replacements (if available) or replacement(s) of similar monetary value. We want to help resolve any and all issues with our customers - please give us the chance to work with you.
