By purchasing an item(s) from us you understand that we are not responsible for the actions of the shipping carriers utilized. We will provide a healthy, living product and will package with the utmost care to mitigate potential hazards inherent to shipping items throughout the country. That said, we do not control the weather or have influence over any delays experienced by the shipping carriers. We will always do our best to mitigate risk (weather, long weekends, holidays, etc) as we want you to receive exactly what you paid for.
